Inside out
The power within

In our contemporary world, as we face unprecedented challenges,
it becomes evident that a new type of leadership is necessary
to navigate the complexities of our time.
As Einstein noted, we cannot solve problems
with the same level of consciousness that created them.
This necessitates work where change emerges from within
and requires self-awareness
as well as a re-examination of one's own perception.
Upon examining our current vision,
I realize that our principles and beliefs are perpetuated and reinforced through many channels throughout our lives.
This is also true in the workplace,
where numerous narratives condition us,
theories justify themselves through self-fulfilling processes,
and often questionable practices are accepted
and justified by an undeniable goal: that of performance.
?
The stories we tell ourselves fail to truly support us.
I wonder if our fragmented representation of the world
and ourselves might be part of the problem.
Thus, I set out in search of a new representation,
a simple idea that is easy to integrate and convey:
a sort of "beacon" that could guide us
towards fairer, more inclusive horizons,
and more respectful of our environment and ourselves.
